Once we receive your audiogram, we will contact you, learn what you are looking for, and show you a variety of different hearing aid options from the top brands. When you finish selecting your hearing aids, we will customize and program them, ensuring they pass our quality control test before sending them directly to your front door.

But we know that you may not be 100 percent satisfied with your hearing aids. While we will provide you with high-quality hearing aids and do the best we can to ensure you love your new hearing devices, we know that they may not be exactly what you are looking for. And that is why we offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee and an exchange program to match!
If, within the first two months of using your hearing aids, you realize they are not the right pair for you, let us know! 

Our policy is simple — if you are not happy with your hearing aids, we will give you a full refund. There will be no restocking fee or no exchange fee. We want to make finding the right hearing aid for you simple!

In order to properly process your return or exchange in a timely manner, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization from us.
