Please acknowledge the following before placing an order

We do require an in-person hearing test performed in the United States that has been completed within the past 12 months by a licensed professional for the purchase of hearing aids. You can get this test anywhere locally and submit it before or after your order is placed. Please do not order if you do not have or do not plan on getting an in-person hearing test. If you order the hearing aids with no intention of obtaining a hearing test, we will cancel and refund your order minus 3% or less of the order value due to non-refundable credit card fees.
